Effective Date: April 11, 2026 — Foradom Enterprises Ltd. operating as MeetNathaniel
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using MeetNathaniel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Foradom Enterprises Ltd., an Illinois limited liability company doing business as MeetNathaniel. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.
2. Nature of the Platform
MeetNathaniel is a grief companion platform providing AI-powered conversational support to bereaved parents and family members who have lost a child to suicide. MeetNathaniel is NOT a medical service, mental health service, or clinical service of any kind. Nathaniel is not a therapist, counselor, psychiatrist, psychologist, or licensed mental health professional. No interaction with Nathaniel creates a therapeutic relationship or any professional relationship of any kind. The Platform is not a crisis intervention service. You must not rely on this Platform as your sole or primary source of support in any emergency situation.
3. Crisis and Emergency Situations
If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health crisis, stop using this Platform and contact emergency services immediately. Call 911, call or text 988, text HOME to 741741, or go to your nearest emergency room. The Company bears no liability for harm arising from failure to contact emergency services when needed.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.
5. Subscription and Billing
MeetNathaniel offers free and paid subscription tiers. All subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Free trial periods convert automatically to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial expires.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You may not impersonate any person, use the Platform for commercial purposes without written consent, attempt to reverse engineer the Platform, or interfere with the Platform's integrity or performance.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are the exclusive property of Foradom Enterprises Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial use only.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foradom Enterprises Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform, including any mental health outcome, injury, or damage arising from reliance on the Platform. The Company's total liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred dollars ($100.00).
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that responses generated by Nathaniel are accurate or complete.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Foradom Enterprises Ltd. and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Cook County, Illinois.
